For safety and legal reasons, you cannot store hazardous materials (e.g. petrol, gas bottles, chemicals), perishables, weapons, or illegal items. If you’re unsure, just ask!
Absolutely. If your storage needs change, we’ll do our best to transfer you to a different size unit, subject to availability.
Insurance is not included in the storage price. We recommend checking with your contents insurer, or we can help you explore cover options for peace of mind.
We require at least 14 days’ notice when you’re ready to end your storage term, but we have some flexibility depending on current demands and will work with you to make offloading easy.
